SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship with FedEx Ground or U.S. Post Office priority mail. Our shipping rates are based on these two services. If you would like faster delivery, please email or call us and we can discuss alternatives and costs.

For shipping outside of North America, please call or email us and we can determine a shipping cost to send a product to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days. After 30 days, no returned products will be accepted. All returned products should be in their original condition. Before returning a product, please send us an email and include your order number, the date ordered, and the reason for return.
